Sunshine, Conference, and sore neck?

I've been listening to the LDS General Conference, and enjoying the sunlight that emerged this morning out of yesteday's rain/snow mix. Amazing what some rays can do!
Somehow I awoke with a sore stiff neck and limited ROM (range of motion) in it. I don't think it is linked to the spring like weather, the mexican dinner, or wonderful (non weight watchers) coconut cake my husband made for us last night. Perhaps it's the complaining about having to watch conference instead of playing Wii??
