Diversion

 Van agreed to make a small wedding cake for a co-worker's daughter.  As my contribution to the project, I made gum paste eucalyptus stems.   A surprisingly easy and a nice diversion.  Christmas tree is not up, cards are not mailed, gifts are not wrapped, but what a welcome creative break.
