I haven't quite caught the vision of how this bulletin board thing works but i have had fun exploring "cravings" and at nearly 10 pm it can really stimulate the appetite! Tried a new Lindt treat - dark chocolate sea salt and caramel - mmmm :-)

One thing I've recently learned... food is an easy and relatively speaking a quick way to indulge yourself.  Other hobbies take time, patience, funds, etc Think gardening, scrapbooking, quilting, skiing, painting, just about anything.  Food is instant gratification albiet not long-term.  No wonder our society is so over weight.  We are in a chaotic, busy, unpredictable world and food is a quick easy way to feel back in control.  The opposite is exercise, both having to do with coping with our stressful lives.
