Can I stick with it?

Sat – Baked Sub sandwiches with Southwest pasta Salad

Sun – Breakfast - Cinnamon Rolls with hard boiled eggs, Orange juice and Dinner– Ham, Scalloped potatoes, deviled eggs, Favorite Chopped Salad

Mon – Seared Chicken with Apricot Sauce and Broccoli Mash

Tues – Harvest Tuna Melts with Primavera Potato Salad

Weds – Beef Skillet Fiesta with Old World Italian Muffins

Thurs – Sweet Potato – Peanut Bisque and Mom’s apple squares

Fri – Dinner in a Packet -Asian Fish and Veggie Packets from Cooking Club.com

OK so a little modification for the Easter dinner.  Skip the Mon dinner and add in leftovers :-)

Had the heated sub sandwiches. They were yummy! The southwestern pasta salad was good but the recipe is huge! For a family of 6 I'd half it.
And you are welcome to dine at our house anytime. Saw the food nanny between conference sessions. Dinner is at 6, always now.
