Winter Menu

Ok so I've decided to not select a single cookbook but use a series for the year - actually 2 series: Holly Clegg's Trim and Terrific cookbooks, and Weight Watchers cookbooks/weeklys in order to get in all the fruits and vegetables I need.  Wish me luck. Just can't seem to get into the Julie and Julia  french cooking thing.

6- Minestrone (WWNCC p 129 - pt), whole wheat french bread
7- Fiesta Enchiladas (TTFFM p 158 – 4 pt), salad
8- Ribollita (WWNCC p 130 - pt), biscuits
9- Meat and Macaroni Casserole (TTFFM p 232 – 8 pt)
10- Double Potato and Pear Soup (TTFFM p 66 – 2 pt), cinnamon rolls
