Blooming on the Sabbath

My husband and three kids walked Bloomsday today. My daughter and I attended church. Coincidently, the lessons today were about obeying and honoring the Sabbath.

So opinions?
How strict are you when it comes to Sunday activities?


Do you ever take a trip to the lake? Go for a family walk? Picnic? Go out to eat when you are on vacation? Go on a vacation that day so you can go out to eat? Participate in Race for the Cure or other worthwhile community endeavors?

Or are your Sundays only at church and home only doing gospel centered activities?
